Doors will open at 5:30pm for those choosing a Take-Out Dinner.  They will be available from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

Open Seating for dinner will be 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Come join us any time during this time period to enjoy an Eat-In meal.

​

5:30pm - 8:00pm - Interactive Information Stations, donation receipts, and Silent Auction will be available all evening.

This year's event will be held at  Springside Barn -- 1294 Weaverland Rd, East Earl

Silent Auction items will be on display as usual that evening and bids may be placed.

Also, go to Friends of AABS  and place a bid any time from when the doors open at 5:30pm Monday until 8:00pm Tuesday, Oct. 6th.  Winners will be notified on Wednesday, October 7th.

Covid-19 protocols:  Food servers will wear masks and gloves, tables will be cleaned after each use, perimeter tables and chairs will be available for social distancing, staggered times for arrival will also help with social distancing.
